It’s really easy (and useful) to set up a sort of MIDI “reset” button in the Environment to use to “zero” or “normalize” your MIDI mixing strip after playing around with it and getting unwanted results. In the Environment window, pick New > Faders > Button to create a new button. With the button selected, set its Out definition to ‘sysex’ in the parameter pane. An Event window will now open. We won’t use the button for sysex though, but rather as a “bucket” or “container” for a bunch of events that can be sent out by pressing the button. Create 16 volume events in this Event window, (by Command-clicking [rightclicking] on the green button right below the ’88’ button) and set each one to a separate MIDI channel. You could set the volume-values for these events to 100 (to leave some MIDI headroom) but you can set them to 127 if you like. Then create 16 pan events (controller 10, one on each channel as well) set to a value of 64. The time-position of all these events doesn’t matter. You c
