How do I correctly archive the items I have just completed? Presumably I need to individually tick all the items and then click the archive events button?

To correctly archive your previous events, you should tick all the items that you are happy to be archived and only these and click ‘archive events’, they will then be stored as your previous appraisal, but you will still be able to read them if you need to. Do NOT tick anything that you want to carry forward to your next appraisal.
