Error correction may be requested through the Natural Health Products Directorate by calling 1-888-774-5555 from within Canada or (613) 948-8096 from outside Canada and selecting option 6 in the main menu. The Natural Health Products Directorate can also be reached by e-mail at NHP_initiative_PSN@hc-sc.gc.ca . Avoid sending protected information (such as personal information) by e-mail.
