How do I correct and resubmit records identified by the QA reports?
ALR submissions can be submitted to the TEST environment (without limit) in order to generate QA reports. Use of this option is recommended prior to submission to PROD (production) in order to identify records with warnings or rejections. QA reports are available in your RCC/Hospital folder located on the SSL site. There are 5 excel files (identified with a load ID) identifying the following: a. List of files submitted. b. Count of format errors. c. Record detail of format errors. d. Count of content errors. e. Record detail of content errors. Patient records can be identified from these QA reports for correction. Once the corrections have been addressed, rerun the extract for the corrected data and submit to PROD before the monthly deadline or on a quarterly resubmission.
