• How can I print out my address book? Click on the Address Book webmail link on the left. Click on Import/Export at the top of the Contacts window in the Address Book feature. Scroll down to Export and leave the file export type set to .CSV (for comma separated value) Click Export Now. You can browse to the location on your computer that you wish to save the file. Open up MS Excel and choose File, Open. On the Open dialog window, change the Files of Type: box to All Files (*.*) to display the .CSV file extension. Find the file you saved above and open it. Click on File, Print to print your Excel file.
