How do i convince my doctor to mole removal on NHS?
Depending on how big it is, your doctor should be able to remove it under local anaesthetic in his surgery or direct you to a GP who does this. If you are really worried about it, tell your GP your concerns and he should refer you. Most mole removals are done on the NHS – my husband has had 2 removed and my son’s girlfriend had one removed from her face too. Be prepared to wait though – there may be a waiting list it depends on where you live in the UK.
