How do i convince my dad to audition for a commercial?
Ok realistically you have to convey to your dad’s common sense. Obviously if you were given a spot in a commercial then it would mean extra money for your family. My bet is that you would like to keep the money for yourself (I don’t blame you) but tell your parents that you would let them have it and help do extra things and overall live better. If you plan on starting a career in acting then this would be a great start which is the main argument I would use. Just tell them that this is your dream but you have to be 100% serious when you say this. Mention that all great actors start young and that you have to take the opportunity in case you don’t get it again when you are older. Good luck!
