One of the limitations of wireless email devices, including Blackberry, is the inability to read file attachments, itrezzo overcomes this limitation with itrezzoAgent. With itrezzoAgent, file attachments such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF files can be read on your BlackBerry. If there is an HTTP URL in the message, the agent will dynamically fetch the web page and return it to you as simple text. How to convert files and Web pages using itrezzoAgent: • When you receive an email that has a file attachment or includes a web page URL, simply forward the email to itrezzoAgent (Agent@itrezzo.COM). • The itrezzoAgent will scan the email for file attachments or web page URLs. • For file attachments, the itrezzoAgent will return a plain text translation of the supported attachment. • For web page URLs, the itrezzoAgent will access the Internet in real-time, visit the indicated web page, and return a plain text translation of the web page.
