How do I convert Altitude, Distance, etc into meaningful units?
The units displayed during the workout are only meant as relative measures of performance. However, there is a simple relationship between these numbers and the underlying clinical measurements. • ‘Altitude’ can be converted to cmH2O by dividing by 93.047 • A ‘Distance’ of 1 km is equivalent to 1 second of exercise duration. • The ‘Risetime’ is the time taken to go from from zero to Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP) in seconds. • The ‘Score’ is simply a numerical value that indicates how many exercises have been completed in each Training Session.
