Insert the file(s) you want to convert in the tasks list and specify the Target Format to iPod or use the Convert to iPod icon on the Actions tab where the Target format will be automatically set to iPod. The Video Codec default is LEAD MPEG-4 Encoder and the Audio Codec is set to LEAD AAC Encoder. Also, the Quality default is set to High (Low Compression) and the Video Size (resolution) to 320 x 240 (wide screen). These are only recommendations; you can change these if you like. Set the default Output Folder on the General Settings – Output page. Set the name of the Target File on the File Settings – File page. Adjust any other settings. Click the Start Converting icon on the Tasks List toolbar to start the conversion process.
