How Do I Continue KettleWorx After Six Weeks?
There are several options for continued training following completion of your basic KettleWorx six week course. KettleWorx provides a number of additional training sessions that can be employed based on personal preference. Those include Fast Fat Burn, Perfect Abs and the Ultimate Body Collection. Some users may elect to repeat the basic course, or repeat the basic course using a heavier kettlebell. Other users may elect to design their own kettlebell fitness maintenance routine. Having learned 200 exercises, and with 36 individual routines to choose from, the possibilities are nearly endless. Finally, for those who have enjoyed and successfully completed the basic six week program, we recommend “KettleWorx Advanced” – the follow-on program that provides an additional six weeks of personal training from kettlebell expert trainer Ryan Shanahan.
