How do I contact Wachovia about fraudulent emails, fraudulent text messages, or identity theft?
If you receive an email or text message that you believe could be fraudulent, immediately forward it to abuse@wachovia.com. Please do not remove the original subject line, or change the email or text message in any way when you forward it to us. If you receive a fraudulent text message but do not have Internet access, you can still forward the text to abuse@wachovia.com via SMS.
