If you live in the north Seattle area you can call the regional DSHS office at (206) 341-7433 or if located out of the North Seattle area, search on the internet for ‘DSHS/Childcare subsidy’. If you would like to contact the City of Seattle you can reach them at (206) 386-1050. If you are a UW student and would like to find out if you are eligible for a UW childcare subsidy you can contact the University of Washington Childcare Office by going to 482 Schmitz Hall or call them at (206) 543-1041.
