Extended Coverage Service (ECS) is available for Priority 1 and 2 issues that arise outside of regular support center business hours (8:30 to 5:30). If you are experiencing an issue with major impact on the continued functioning of your business you can contact support by calling 1-800-637-7447 (North America only) or 1-613-228-7900 (International) – ECS charges apply(1). Your call will be routed to a message center. Be sure to include your customer number, your name and contact information and a brief description of events in your message. You will be contacted by a support analyst within one hour.
