If you get an e-mail that claims to be from us but you aren’t sure, or you think it’s suspicious, don’t click any of the links. Just send it to us at abuse@capitalone.com then delete it. If you believe that an unauthorized person has accessed your account, let us know as soon as possible by calling 1-800-951-6951 for credit card customers; 1-888-822-2274 for TowerNET customers; or 1-800-655-BANK (2265) for Retail Bank customers.
