How do I contact an ERC Academic Counselor during course enrollment and after?
First make sure you have completed the New Student Gateway (newstudent.ucsd.edu), discussed your upcoming schedule with your department advisor, and confirmed that your transcripts are posted on TritonLink before contacting us. If you have done this and still have questions, use the E-Advising feature in the New Student Gateway to post your question or call (858) 534-9864. Check the Transfer Timeline (Google Calendar) for dates and times. After classes begin and you have settled into your first quarter at UCSD, you are invited to make a half-hour appointment or use drop-in advising to meet individually with an ERC Academic Counselor.
