• Open your Excel spreadsheet and highlight all the information. • Go to the Insert menu, select Name and then click on Define. • Type a name for your information (it can be anything), click ADD then click OK. • Save the file and close Excel. • Open ZTLabel and then open your template. • Go to the Database menu and click on Direct Database Access. • Click on the button with three dots (…) and browse for your Excel spreadsheet, click Open. NOTE: You will have to change the Files of Type box to look for “Microsoft Excel *xls.” • Where it says “Table Name (Available),” select the name you defined back in step 2, then click on the arrow that points to the right. This should move the selected item to the “Table Name (Selected)” box.
