You will need to use your Voice Box 3102 as a router, please follow the below steps: • Remove the Ethernet cable from your modem (that is running to your PC) • Connect the Ethernet cable that is running from your PC to the ETHERNET port of your Engin Voice Box 3102 • Using an Ethernet cable, connect the INTERNET port of the Engin Voice Box 3102 to the spare Ethernet port on your modem. Note: In the majority of cases you will not need to configure your router. If you cannot get any connection following the above steps please contact customer service for instructions on how to configure your router.
