How do I connect my OpenHand client to my OpenHand Server ?
• The device which has the OpenHand client installed on it must be capable of connecting to a GPRS network. • Assuming that the network connection is ok then you will need to configure the OpenHand Client to find your OpenHand Server • These are, respectivly the external IP adress of your organisation and the port number you have opened in the firewall (10622) by default • For further information on how to change these settings see the OpenHand Manual for your device, however typically you can access these settings by pressing the settings button • Press Go Online and then enter your username and password when prompted.
