You can connect a USB Mac keyboard to the Mac, and if the USB keyboard has a USB port on it then connect the USB mouse to that and it should work. Apple keyboards and mice have fixed USB leads, there’s no way to plug them in wrongly as they only fit one hole – the USB port. Aaaaahhh! I get you now – you meant Midi Keyboard, I thought you meant normal computer keyboard and just got the USB terminology mixed up. I would recommend Cubase if you can afford it, you may need a USB – Midi adaptor.
