If you have Cbeyond’s Hosted Microsoft® Exchange, Over-the-Air synchronization is included as part of all of your Outlook Complete mailboxes. You can access instructions for setting up your device emailed to you by going to: CbeyondOnline > My Services > Email > Manage Email Addresses > choose the appropriate email address from the list and choose “BlackBerry” and “Email setup instructions…” from the Synchronization section.
