How do I connect a SOLUS PRO to ScanBay?

Ensure the SOLUS PRO battery is at least 25% charged AND you have the AC power cable hooked up. Both are required. On the SOLUS PRO select UTILITIES > CONNECT TO PC. Then press “Y” to continue. Once the screen displays “SOLUS PRO is now in CONNECT TO PC mode” connect it to your ScanBay PC using the USB cable. The Mini-USB end plugs into the SOLUS PRO, the standard USB end into the PC. Allow 30 seconds for the PC to recognize the SOLUS PRO. Start ScanBay. Select “ETHOS and SOLUS PRO.” If ScanBay is unable to connect to the SOLUS PRO unplug the USB cable at the PC and plug it back into a different USB port.
