A. A security policy is created when you define an association between a WebLogic resource and a user, group, or role. A WebLogic resource has no protection until you assign it a security policy. You can assign a security policy to any WebLogic JMS destination using the administration console. Using the navigation tree, access your JMS destinations, which are under Services —> JMS —> Servers —> —> Destinations. Right-click a destination, and then select Define policy from the pop-up menu. By default, the console screen sets a policy for all operations on each destination. You may also set separate policies for the send(), receive(), and browse() operations on the destination using the list box labeled Methods. For instructions on how to set up security for all WebLogic Server resources, see “Securing WebLogic Resources”.
