The use of the NT UPS service is optional. NT provides a “generic” UPS monitoring System that can be used in place of PowerPanel/PowerPanel Plus. You can only use One UPS monitoring program at a time. Make sure that PowerPanel/PowerPanel Plus is either removed or not running.
