1. From the Outlook Express tools drop down menu, mouse click Accounts. 2. From within the Internet accounts window mouse click the News tab. 3. Mouse click the Add button, and select News.. 4. Type in your preferred name to be displayed when posting, and click next. 5. Type in your preferred email address, and click next. 6. Type in the newsserver name: news.bell.newshosting.com. 7. Check the selection box marked “This server requires me to log on” and click next. 8. Now enter your newshosting User ID and Password into the fields and then the Next button. 9. Click the Finish button. 10. Click Close to close the Internet Accounts windows. 11. Click Yes to when asked if you would like to download newsgroups from the news account you added. 12. Your Outlook Express is now downloading the groups and is ready to access the newshosting.
