Make sure that you are running the latest release of WorkgroupMail v6 More info Check that in the folder C:\Program Files\WorkgroupMail all of the applications (EXE’s) and application extension files (DLL’s) have the same creation date. Norton Anti-Virus (CE) must be installed normally. Then, in the NAVCE CD (disk 2), browse to the folder CDROM:\NAVCORP\ROLLOUT\AVSERVER\CLIENTS\DOS. Copy the contents of this folder to a subfolder “Logon” under the Norton installation folder in C:\Program Files (example C:\Program Files\NavNT\Logon or C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\Logon). NB: for Norton (Symantec) Anti Virus v8 the files are located on the ‘Symantec AntiVirus Legacy Solutions’ CD and should be copied directly into the Symantec installation folder, eg. C:\Program Files\SAV. E-mail scanning, if available as an option, must be disabled. Specific folders must be excluded from Norton. Ensure that the exclusions list includes the folders C:\Program Files\WorkgroupMail and C:\Windows\Temp
