In most cases where a proxy server is used, adjust your eBLVD Options (Start -> All Programs -> eBLVD -> eBLVD Options). On the Advanced tab, check “Automatically Detect Settings”. If this does not work, then you can “Manually Configure” your proxy server info (from eBLVD Options) from the settings that are used by Internet Explorer (Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections (tab) ->LAN Settings -> Proxy Server, but you may need assistance from your customer or customer’s IT staff, as they may be using a script, a script file, a proxy password, etc..
