How do I configure my kon-X Internet Service?
Written by Please follow these instructions to set up your kon-X Internet Service account. • Open the eAcceleration Software Station: • Click here to open the eAcceleration Software Station. OR • Click Start > Programs > eAcceleration > eAcceleration Software Station. In eAcceleration Software Station, click the kon-X icon, then kon-X Dialup > Settings. • In the “kon-X Settings” window, click Primary, then enter your home phone number, including area code. • Click one of the available primary dialup numbers that appears after entering your phone number, then click Add>>. When prompted to choose an alternate access number, click OK. • Click Alternate, then click one of the available alternate phone numbers, then click Add>>. Note: You can select multiple primary and alternate phone numbers and change the order they are dialed. Primary numbers tend to be more reliable. kon-X will attempt to dial the numbers in the order you assigned until it makes a connection. • Click OK to save your ch
