How do I configure my BlackBerry to remotely search my PC using the EasyReach Application on my mobile Device?
If the BlackBerry software is installed, then you are already configured. But you must set up EasyReach on the computer(s) you want to search. From your computer, go to click here to choose the desktop software that is right for your computer. If you use Google Desktop Search on your computer, then you will want to download and install EasyReach for Google Desktop Search. If not, then download and install EasyReach Find. You will need to enter a license key which was e-mailed to you when you configured your BlackBerry. If you lost the e-mail, you can find the license key inside your BlackBerry under User Preferences, Find & Deliver Settings. Or, you can log into the website Customer Center from the top right of this page using the same username and password you use in the BlackBerry.
