How do I configure Internet Explorer to open an Office file in the appropriate Office program?
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (Windows) AND you have Microsoft Office installed, you might notice that Internet Explorer displays the Powerpoint or Word file within the browser window, rather than prompting you to download/save to your PC.
