“Run customer care tools, and click the account info button. Read/print/save the resulting text file and copy the info. That text file will have all the connection info needed: your local access number, ip addresses, your logon name/password and email name/password (note: these two +are+ different!), news server, email servers, etc. Also, there is the Worldnet User’s Reference Desk.
