Configure Exchange Activesync on Palm Treo 700pInsert the Palm software installation CD that comes with your Palm Treo 700p device into your computer’s CD drive. Select “Install bonus software” and select “VersaMail” application to download onto the device. Click on “Install” on the right side and allow your Treo 700p to synchronize with your computer during installation. Press the “Power” button to turn on your Palm Treo 700p device and press “Center” to turn off the keyguard. Press “Applications” and select “Email.” Click the “Continue” button in the “Initial Setup” pop-up window to configure Exchange Activesync in Versamail. Fill out the account information in the “Account Name” field and select “Exchange ActiveSync” in the “Mail Service pick list” drop-down box. Click the “Next” button and create the account user name and password to access your email. Click the “Next” button and type in your email address and Exchange mail server name.
