By default calls to a busy line or unanswered (30 sec. time out) are forwarded to your Voice Mail. This cannot be customized at the moment. It is possible to forward all calls unconditionally to a number of your choice – from My Lines page click a line number, this will bring up Modify Line Settings page. Here enter call forward destination number in “Forward all calls to” field and check box next to it to activate. Please note that if you want to forward calls to a number outside Versafon network, such as landline or cell you will need to add a prefix to the destination number, like 00, 011 or 1, see How do I make calls to regular phone numbers (PSTN), cell phones?. Long distance charges may apply. Please do not use space or any symbols when entering call forward destination number, enter it like 17701234567. Note that when your VOIP phone is offline (for ex. no Internet connection) all calls to you will be automatically forwarded to your Voice Mail, unless you have activated Forward
