Please note that the ITS does not support the iPhone. When configuring your iPhone for Exchange, if the device has been configured to syncronise Contacts and Calendar with you Mac or PC you may lose any existing data on the device. Go to the Settings Screen Scroll down and select ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ Select ‘Add Account’ Select the top option – Microsoft Exchange Now enter the following full IT Email e.g. joe.blogs@durham.ac.uk domain – Leave Blank ITS Username and Password Description – A sensible name for the account Click Next You will then see a server box – enter Server exdurf.mds.ad.dur.ac.uk Click next and you will get an ‘Unable to Verify Certificate’ warning, ignore this and click ACCEPT. Select what you want to sync out of MAIL, CONTACTS and Calendars (remember the warning above about loosing contacts and diary) The phone should go off and do this now then throw you back to the mail page… On the main settings page you can select ‘Fetch New Data’ Here you can turn pus
