In the router’s Configuration Editor, set the following values in the WAN CIRCUITS screen: Quality of Service:LLC 2 (reliable) Circuit Type:HP Point To PointRetry Counter (N2):4 Retry Timer (T1):3Connect Retries:0Link Idle Timer (T3):10 Modulus:8Window Size:7Point to Point Address:Auto or DCE Minimum Frame Spacing:2Max Link Latency (ms) (0=none):0 Compression:No CompressionRemote Signal & sense:Inactive Data Link Layer protocol:StandardNotes: • The Retry Counter value must be the same on both the router and the bridge. The default value for the HP Remote Bridge RB is 4. • The Point to Point Address may be set to either Auto or DCE on the router. If set to DCE on the router, the HP Remote Bridge RB must be configured to DTE.
