How do I configure an existing Optimal account in ChannelAdvisor Complete?
If you already have an existing Optimal account and would like to use it in your account then you will need to send us some information to set this up for you. You will want to open a case with Customer Support letting them know you would like this done and include the following information. Optimal Account Number: Optimal Account Name: Optimal Account Currency: Optimal Merchant ID: Optimal Merchant Password: This information can be provided to you by Optimal. We will then configure this for you so you can use your existing Optimal Payments account. Please allow 1-2 days for this to be completed.
