You can configure users to receive a copy of all Faxes and/or SMS messages as follows: • Open the GoldBolt FaxSkape fax server configuration and go to the ‘Fax Inbound Routing’ configuration category for FAX or ‘SMS Inbound Routing’ for SMS. • Click on the ‘Receive All’ tab and add the users to the list. All the users in this list will receive a copy of all faxes and/or SMS messages.
