How do I configure a plotter to create an 8-bit TIFF file?
CD Version ZEH-GQ-4.3.2.40 and above Using the ZEH WebAdmin application, go to the Admin >> Printers >> Add utility. Create a printer with a name and queue you choose. Click Apply. Choose printer make Tiff Output. Select one of the available plotter models to create a TIFF file at a resolution of 72, 120, or 300 dpi. When users have access to the Work directory of the plot server, choose local connectivity then set the device name to /full_$ZPSWRK_path/$REQUEST$SPONSORID.tif. Click Apply.
