In Masterpiece go to “Tools” > “Change Company Settings” > “Transactions” tab. “Cash Drawer on COM” should be set to “0” as the cash drawer is not directly connected to the computer. “Cash Drawer String” should be set to whatever control code is provided by the Receipt Printer manufacturer. Example: ABC OR You may need to edit the Ticket Report to add the Control Code.
