Yeah u can reformat ur computer HDD(so,including partititions),with windows xp(I propose u with windows xp service pack 2).You can buy that Cd,also you can take it(download) form the internet.Just download it(for.e.x.: with uTorrent)and “burn”it on the cd,take the product key,and start to install the win xp…
