The test administrator for Research Practitioner has changed. If you are completing a test from a 2009 issue or older, you may either complete the evaluation form enclosed with your issue and mail it to AHC Media LLC, PO Box 740058, Atlanta, GA 30374 or you may complete the test online at www.cmecity.com. If you are completing a test from a 2010 issue or newer, you may fax the completed evaluation form and answer key to Postgraduate Institute for Medicine at (303) 790-4876 or you may complete the test online at www.cmeuniversity.com.
