How do I complete the Billing and Shipping fields when entering a web order?
The Billing address is the location where you would like the invoice and any paper work mailed. Please verify the address is correct and the information complete. If the information is not accurate please contact customer service at 1-800-624-3922. On the right side of the screen you will see a SHIP TO SECTION. This is the location where you would like the products shipped. If the billing and shipping address are the same simply click in the BOX that states SHIPPING ADDRESS SAME AS BILLING and hit the continue button. If the shipping address and the billing address are different or if you have multiple locations you will need to enter this information in our address book. The address book contains all the previous addresses where we have shipped products. If the address book does not contain a listing for the location you would like the product shipped to; click on the ADD ADDRESS button and add the new address at this time. This information will be retained for latter use. The address
