A. The new party will have to sign and provide requested documentation, which is for the protection of THE VIDEO GAME CLUB and all parties involved. The documents required to transfer upon death or will ownership of a The Video Game Club position are: Court provided document showing court appointed “Personal Member” of the deceased. Document from court appointed Personal Member declaring who will take ownership of the deceased’s The Video Game Club position. Signed document(s) provided by the new owner agreeing to The Video Game Club’s Terms and Conditions. The new owner must initial and date all pages and sign and date the last page. Once all three forms are completed, go to the Tax ID Admin section of the deceased’s Training / Support Center and complete the payment for the Tax ID change. Fill out all documents and mail the above three forms with the forms that populate in the Tax ID change process.
