If you can get statements that are notarized by the other people and witnesses that would be great. You could make copies (always keep the originals) and send them with a letter to McDonald’s Corporation. Go to their web site for the correct address and whom to address the letter to as it’s more effective that way. State the facts without becoming emotional. Ask what they intend to do about it and that you would like to be notified. Make a copy and send it to your states employment office. Tell them that in the letter to McDonald’s Corporation. If it’s possible, have the letter typed up by someone who knows how to compose a business letter. Keep copies of everything. Send the letter registered mail, return receipt requested. This will give you proof that the person you sent the letter to received it. As an alternative, you could send an email to McDonald’s Corporation, but it probably wouldn’t be as effective.
