• Sync with NCC: • From the SMT server, open a shell window and enter the following: $> smt ncc-sync • To view the report in SMT: From the SMT server, open a shell window and enter the following: $> smt report • Log into NCC Navigate to the Products List Page by clicking on “My Products”. Search for the activation code shown in the SMT report for each subscription by filtering on: Activation Code > contains > {an activation code from smt report} Once found, open up “information” by clicking on the “i” icon. • Compare the used/count numbers against the same numbers in the SMT report. • Be sure to click on “Show Previous Versions” in NCC so you can see the complete list. • If you want to see the original order details, double click on the product, and click on the Novell SO# that is listed in the Overview tab. • If you want to see who is registered to this subscription, double click on the product and click on the User Access tab.
