Districts need to convert to an actual grade level as age appropriate or by TR which is defined as “TR (Transition Special Education students of high school or post high school age (up through the age of 21) who have not graduated with a regular diploma and are not working towards a regular or modified diploma)”. Note: TR is not included in the State School Fund calculation.
