How do I close open purchase orders (and estimates and sales orders too)?
If you find purchase orders showing up on your Open Purchase Order report that you know are closed, it’s a snap to close them. Find the purchase order in question (tip: use the Find feature described at the top of this newsletter), then click the “Closed” box that you see at the bottom. This will close the purchase order (but don’t worry – it doesn’t delete it!). You can do the same for sales orders and estimates as well. It’s that easy!
