Please contact customer service at 1(801)383-1003. You can transfer your remaining balance to another account, or have us send you a check in the mail. You also have the option to withdraw your funds at an ATM (fees included). You will need to send us your Wired Plastic Card or destroy it. Send your Wired Plastic Card to us at PO Box 71402 Salt Lake City, UT 84171.
