The closure of your account will only be complete once you have received an e-mail back from Trustive confirming that your cancellation request has been processed. If you wish to close your Trustive World Secure WiFi access account, you simply need to send an e-mail notification to this effect to Trustive’s Customer support centre (support@trustive.com). Please remember that there is a minimum contract period of 6 months for World Secure account holders and after this period, one full billing month’s notice of cancellation is required in order to terminate this type of WiFi access account. The closure of your account will only be complete once you have received an e-mail back from Trustive confirming that your cancellation request has been processed.
