How do I close an account? Can I withdraw money from TigerCASH?
Students may close accounts and obtain refunds upon graduation or withdrawal from the University. Refund request forms are available in the LSU Tiger Card Office or you may mail a written request that includes the account holder’s name, ID #, telephone number and address where the check should be sent. Faculty and Staff may close accounts at any time using the same procedure. Cash withdrawals CANNOT be made from a TigerCASH account at any time.
